USEFUL INFORMATION

Check-in: The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, as are the other hotel services such as parking, sun terrace or whirlpool.

Check out: The room and hotel services can be used until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. During the early and late season, you are welcome to inquire at the reception the day before departure about the possibility of a late check-out. We are happy to check the price and availability.

Smokers: We ask for your understanding that according to Italian law, smoking is not permitted in the rooms and in the shared rooms.

We are happy to include your requests for specific rooms or floors in your booking, but cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.

Local tax: Euro 2.00 per person per day from 14 years. Payment only in cash at the hotel.

Travel cancellation insurance: To protect you from financial losses in the event of cancellation, we advise you to take out ERV travel cancellation insurance. You can take out this insurance on our website within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation.

Credit cards: We accept EC Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.

Cash payment: From 01/01/2016 the Hotel Venezia may not accept cash amounts exceeding € 2999.99 according to the Italian Finance Act.

CANCELLATION / DEPOSIT / EARLY DEPARTURE / LATE ARRIVAL

Cancellation, late arrival and early departure are unpleasant aspects for both the hotel and the guests. For this reason and to avoid discrepancies, we have set clear rules for these cases:

• If canceled within 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded;
• For cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival, we are obliged to keep the reservation deposit;
• If you cancel 14 to 3 days before arrival, we request 50% of the total price;
• From 2 days before arrival, for short-term cancellations as well as late arrival and / or early departure, all booked days will be charged.

Services not used, in particular meals, will not be refunded.

With payment of the deposit, the general conditions and in particular the cancellation conditions are understood and accepted as legally binding.
